Three easy recipes to upgrade the taste of your dishes today!
Everyone loves food but not everyone loves cooking! With Genuine Tastes products, we’ll help you bring out the chef you’re hiding inside.
Home cooking is fashion everywhere right now. And why wouldn’t it be? We are all so busy nowadays that it is comforting to know that there are products that help us cook our food at home. Here in Genuine Tastes we will give you three easy recipes.
1: Smoked Salmon, Avocado and Black Garlic Sandwich
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It’s the fuel that gives us the energy to keep going the rest of the day. The following recipe is a sandwich full of textures and flavors. The dosage for a sandwich is as follows:
- 2 slices fresh bread
- a little cream cheese
- 40g smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 egg
- Powder Black Garlic
- Grated mozzarella (optional)
- A little dill (optional)
execution
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 2 slices of light face-to-face and spread cream cheese on them. Thinly slice the avocado and spread it along the bread. Cover with smoked salmon on top. Place in the oven for 8 minutes, until the salmon is golden brown.
In the pan, preheat with a little olive oil and add the egg to make it “eye”. Cover with Black Garlic powder. Optionally add grated mozzarella while it is fried, so that it makes a crust. As soon as they are ready, serve them on top of the bread that came out of the oven. Optionally, cut some fresh dill on top!
2: Salad with balsamic and sun-dried tomato
Eating salad these days couldn’t have been easier. From the folk of our neighborhood, to the so many grocery stores that spring up everywhere and the ready-washed salads in the supermarket, a few vegetables are everywhere accessible either packed ready to eat, or they want a little rinsing and they are ready. As the article is addressed to people who do not cook, the ingredients are as follows:
- A ready-washed salad from the supermarket. You want lettuce, you want to have spinach and radicchio? You have dozens of options in the fridge of your nearby supermarket. Anything but cabbage and carrot.
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes
- 50g grated cheese (graviera or kefalotyri)
- Two handfuls of croutons of your liking (plain or garlic, etc.)
- oil
- Balsamic
- salt and pepper
execution:
Pour the salad into a large bowl. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half to make bites. Add them along with the croutons and cheese to the salad bowl.
In a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of balsamic and a little salt and pepper. Stir and try to make sure we like the taste.
Pour the sauce into the salad and we’re ready!
We won’t close much nutritionally, and the professionals in the field would ask to forgive me for the following recipe but we wanted something really easy and fast which is no more than..
3: Pizza with black garlic
Pizza is at the top of fastfood options. Other pizzerias get our taste, some don’t. We will tell you a simple recipe of successful pizza, which you can have available at any time in your home.
The “recipe for success” is simple. We’re going to need the following:
- A frozen pizza, preferably margarita, but even plain dough with tomato sauce if you do not prefer to consume dairy.
- 4 cloves Black Garlic
- 100g Edam or Mozzarella or vegan cheese if you’re vegan
- 2 Brown or portobello mushrooms (optional)
- 2 Florin peppers (optional)
- the charant you prefer, whether animal or vegan
- paprika
- olive oil
execution:
Turn on the oven at 200 to preheat and place the pizza on a baking tray to prepare.
Peel 4 cloves of Black Garlic and put them in a blender – if you don’t have a blender you can simply melt it with a spoon in a small bowl – with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Beat until it becomes a paste and if necessary add a little olive oil.
Spread the melted black garlic over the pizza.
If desired, cut the fresh mushrooms and peppers along the pizza.
Add the cold cuts of our preference. For meat eaters, traditional bacon, for vegans there are wonderful alternating now in non-animal charal.
Fill with cheese of our liking, recommend Edam or Mozarella, until the pizza is covered
Optionally, a small layer of paprika over the cheese…
…. and put it in the oven! In 10-15 minutes, you will have a delicious pizza that you will be impressed even yourself.
These were the three easy recipes we have to recommend for this period!
